Terms of Service

RTQ is a B2B (business-to-business) SaaS platform that provides real-time workforce qualification management for corporate users. The platform enables tracking of employee qualifications, job roles, shifts, and areas on a centralized interface.

The service is accessible via web interface at https://rtq.app. The Operator reserves the right to expand, modify, and improve the service features.

Registration and a valid user account are required to use the service. The following conditions must be met during registration:

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided during registration.
• The confidential handling of login credentials is the user's responsibility.
• Each account is authorized for use solely within the respective organization.
• Sharing the account with third parties is prohibited.

The Operator is entitled to suspend or delete the account if a violation of these Terms is detected.

During the contract period, the User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with their subscription plan.

Permitted Use

• Using the platform for the organization's internal workforce qualification processes.
• Entering, editing, and querying data within the platform.
• Creating and exporting reports from the organization's own data.

Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or copying the platform.
• Reselling the service or making it accessible to third parties.
• Bypassing or testing the platform's security systems without authorization.
• Automated data collection (scraping) or overloading the platform.

The use of the service is subject to fees. The current pricing is available on the platform's website or may be subject to individual agreements.

Fees are due at the beginning of the subscription period. In case of late payment, the Operator is entitled to suspend the service.

The Operator reserves the right to modify pricing, providing at least 30 days' notice to Users.

The Operator processes user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data is stored in Supabase cloud services within the European Union.

The User is responsible for ensuring that the processing of personal data uploaded to the platform complies with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). The User acts as the data controller, and the Operator acts as the data processor.

The RTQ platform, its source code, design, logo, documentation, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of the Operator.

Data uploaded by the User to the platform remains the User's property. The Operator acquires processing rights to such data only to the extent necessary for providing the service.

The Operator makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation of the service, but accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure.
• The accuracy and completeness of data entered by the User.
• Issues arising from the malfunction of third-party services (e.g., internet provider, browser).

The Operator's liability is in all cases limited to the amount of service fees paid by the User for the respective period.

The Operator is entitled to suspend the service or the User's account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to pay the service fee.
• Activity that endangers the platform's security.

The User may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

The Operator will notify Users at least 60 days in advance of service discontinuation and will provide the opportunity to export data.

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of modifications via the platform or by email at least 15 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the service after the modified Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation.

If negotiation does not lead to a resolution, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts. In consumer disputes, the User may also contact the conciliation body of their place of residence.
